Breaking Story: Debra Rosenquist, a teacher employed by Brookhaven-Comsewogue School District, was sued for secretly transitioning a female student, A.V., , by the traditionally male name “Leo” and used he/him pronouns for A.V.

The complaint alleges that Rosenquist pursued her own agenda outside the curriculum, which included persuading her fifth-grade students to try “being gay” or being another gender. Rosenquist read and provided her students graphic books about gender and sexuality.
/2
AV, the female student, become confused and distressed and reportedly drew a picture depicting suicidal ideations, which eventually led to her parents being informed of the teacher's conduct.

A.V.'s parents, E.V. and L.N., were not aware of the situation until A.V.'s picture was discovered at school. The district and the teacher failed to notify A.V.'s parents that she was being called a traditionally male name and referred to using male pronouns at school.
After AV's parents reported Rosenquist's conduct to the school district, the district conducted a "sham investigation." The district continued to employ Rosenquist despite knowing or should have known of her inappropriate conduct towards students.

Rosenquist was not removed from the classroom, according to the complaint.
Taylor Kubel, a teacher, went on TikTok (@mrskubelonline) , with her easily identifiable account, you know, because it’s her name, and openly mocked and belittled her student who wasn’t comfortable playing pretend.
I think Taylor Kubel should be made famous, what about you?
Note, she immediately went private after a single stitch criticizing her behavior was uploaded, she was not private before.
This creates a problem where those who fundamentally disagree with what those wrong pronouns represent, will slowly but surely be required by their fellow dissidents to comply and do the monkey dance.
This isn’t just about you. It affects all of us. /2
Using the wrong pronouns, while knowing it’s all bs is adding to the downward pressure for rest of us to comply.
You’re all but ensuring that mandatory participation in surface level placatory measures for the benefit of emotional toddlers, is enforced on the rest of us. /3
