SA Ritscher met Mayor Mr. Hussein Adel & Judge Ali Noaman, who tirelessly support victims & accountability processes, Brig. Gen. Mahmoud Ali & LTC. Raed Ahmed who carried out response & decontamination operations, & Chief of Police Ayoub Shawkat, where court documents r preserved
