Rest In Peace, #MILO! Unlucky ending up in those hands; an incapable individual who formally filed a 501c3, & calls herself a “rescue”. His whole story deserves to be told not manipulated in anyway to justify his death sentence. Everyone deserves to see & how he was failed.
Real situations that are happening so very often behind closed doors, about the ugly side of the rescue world. This post to remind all, EVERY dog’s life mattered & NOT all rescues are equally qualified to be called a “rescue”.
MILO was a good dog, rescued back in March. Originally fostered in Texas till early Fall. NEVER had an incident. Was transported to RI for a potential home that wasn’t worked out.
Bounced around like a hot potato by rescue, had a setback at temporary foster (was shuffled around in 3 states in 2 months),rescue sent him to a “board to train” facility out of state.7 weeks of enduring training methods they used, MILO got worse, tried to bite trainer’s helper.
#MILO isn’t the only horror story of what rescued dogs endure, who never find a #ForeverHome but are killed instead.

COULD DIE TODAY 9/2! They never gave him/her a name, an age or a gender. Just a deadline & an excuse which is “fearful”. This dog’s life hasn’t mattered in the 15 days he/she has been here!😢 facebook.com/rescuemeMIAMIF…
