Simple Schema for Observability 🔭

With this feature signals from #OpenTelemetry can be ingested automatically with a common schema.

This will help users to adopt OTel more quickly and lays the foundations for predefined dashboards.

With today's release you are now able to use multiple indexes or index patterns to create threat detectors. 👀

Additionally, many detectors now come with out-of-the-box dashboards to view the surrounding documents related to a threat.

This release allows for you to now manage data streams from the Index Management UI that was rolled out in 2.5.

This includes manual rollovers and force merges.

Coordinator nodes are now able to utilize the search backpressure functionality to cancel queries that are too resource intensive.
