1) The Chief Justice of Bombay HC made it clear on 22nd February that discriminating between vaccinated and unvaccinated people is a violation of the unvaccinated’s fundamental rights, and urged the SEC to pass new orders so that they satisfy the petitioners (my) prayers
2) Despite this, the State government passed an order which continued this illegal discrimination between vaccinated and unvaccinated people. When this point was brought up in court, senior counsel for the government Anil Anturkar said that these were the experts suggestions

1) In our hearing today, Bombay HC Chief Justice Dipankar Datta said he made a huge mistake by trusting that the state government and state executive committee would respect the advice/direction given by the bench to them, regarding removing restrictions which have been imposed
