Missouri just passed a similar version of this bill, which the @InstituteCicero was similarly quoted in as it's part of their crusade against homelessness:
I'm proud to support them. I would invite you, and even Venture Capitalist @JTLonsdale, to support their efforts to ACTUALLY help take care of people without a home.
And to underline my point about @CrossLinesKCKS, I am so proud to see the expert testimony given by Rob Santel and @Rachel4KCKPS.
Unlike the snake oil peddled by @InstituteCicero, they know what they're talking about.
They are doing the Lord's work today.

Watching testimony, I noticed a huge disparity between the ~50 opponents to the bill that would criminalize homelessness & punish cities that refused to do so.
I also noticed that only 1 organization was speaking FOR the bill, which I expanded upon here:

Marshall says he wants to listen. Asks “raise your hand if”: Do you care about gas prices? Care about violence in the country? Care about southern border crisis?
