Did you know that in 2017 Norfolk Southern, the operator of the derailed Ohio train, successfully lobbied a repeal of a rule requiring electronically controlled pneumatic brakes?

NS paid execs millions & spent billions on stock buybacks while shedding thousands of employees despite warnings that understaffing = safety risks

NS also fought off a shareholder initiative for execs to “assess, review, and mitigate risks of hazardous material transportation.”

Norfolk Southern had previously touted the new technology — known as Electronically Controlled Pneumatic (ECP) brakes — for its “potential to reduce train stopping distances by as much as 60 percent over conventional air brake systems.”

The brakes could’ve stopped the OH crash

Newsweek tried to fact-check my thread about Zelensky ordering Metabiota files destroyed & claimed the decree was false b/c it looked “translated from Russian” but never received a response from Zelensky’s office denying it

They also said yeah Hunter Biden was an executive in Rosemont Seneca and they got millions in DoD funding for Metabiota but that doesn’t mean Zelensky’s order asking Metabiota to destroy files is related to Hunter Biden

Paul Pelosi Analysis

After watching clips & listening to 911 call, I now think this was a break-in by a violent nutjob Paul didn’t know

He tried to deescalate, yes even poured himself a drink, & tried to get cops over discretely

Gotta call it like I see it

SF is simply broken

The timing right before midterms made me suspicious, but unless there’s clear proof they knew each other beforehand, I don’t think they did based on the 911 call & video

He’s over 80 y/o & couldn’t physically overpower a large nutjob

Tried to talk him down

Almost died doing so

People had every right to question political narratives before an election

The biggest lie was that this was a MAGA nutjob despite him living in SF with a pride flag in his yard

Plus they fired the MSNBC reporter that noted Paul was in his underwear which ended up being correct
