1) Replace the habit
Breaking a habit cold turkey doesn't always work.
Think of this as replacing the habit instead.
Try replacing it with:

• Taking a walk

2) Practice self-care
No, not that kind of "self-care", fellas.

This is the easiest thing to do.

You'll feel mental resistance because of all the time you spend building your collection.

4) Get accountability
You can hold yourself accountable by tracking your habit.
But if this doesn't work for you, reach out to someone for to hold you accountable.
Better to ask for help and improve than to keep it to yourself and remain where you are.
5) Create a pattern interrupt
This helps you quickly replace the habit.
When you feel the urge to watch porn, interrupt the pattern, and do something else.
A powerful strategy is creating an "if-then" plan:
"If I feel the urge to watch porn, then I will [do something else]".
6) Identify triggers and plan for them
Porn is often used while you're:
• Sad
• Lonely
• Frustrated
• Intoxicated
• Avoiding work
Think about the times you use porn the most.
What state are you in during those times?
Make a plan for when you get in that state.
