Morning Boost

We established in the last boost that God isn't interested in the duration of prayer but in frequency. We can't build this frequency if we are distracted.
I have discovered a major secret for Jesus' ministry success is that He separated himself from people and prayed.
“The next morning, Jesus got up long before daylight, left the house while it was dark, and made his way to a secluded place to give himself to prayer.” Mark 1:35 TPT
Jesus took control of the day before the busyness got in the way and hindered his communion. We are to apply the same strategy for our growth.
Please say a prayer for women globally today.

Have a great day, and God bless you.

“The Lord said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, “Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west.” Genesis 13:14 NIV
The blessing Abraham got was a function of how far he saw. What you see no doubt determines how far you will go.
Looking expansive involves adopting an open and positive attitude towards the world and the people around you.

Have you ever seen someone with a rock tied to his legs trying to swim? No matter how hard such a person tries, they won't make progress.
One major hindrance to prayer is carrying burdens. It's difficult to pray when there is a heavy load on you.
“Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis.” Matthew 11:28 TPT

So then, since Christ suffered physical pain, you must arm yourselves with the same attitude he had, and be ready to suffer, too. For if you have suffered physically for Christ, you have finished with sin.
You won’t spend the rest of your lives chasing your own desires, but youwill be anxious to do the will of God.
You have had enough in the past of the evil things that godless people enjoy—their immorality and lust, their feasting and drunkenness and wild parties, and their terrible worship of idols.

When it comes to praying, duration is not as important as consistency. I have seen believers feel down because they don't pray for hours like others.
God wants us to spend time in His presence. But I believe, he is more interested in the frequency and not just the duration.
“Daniel always prayed to God three times every day. Three times every day, he bowed down on his knees to pray and praise God... Then Daniel bowed down on his knees and prayed just as he always had done.” Daniel 6:10 ERV

As a society, we must be vigilant in our efforts to elect leaders who embody the qualities of discipline, humility, and emotional intelligence.
This is not just important for the short-term success of our society, but also for its long-term stability and prosperity.
When leaders are hot-tempered, reckless, non-conformist, emotionally empty, and arrogant, they can make decisions that have negative consequences for society as a whole.

This week is a crucial one for our nation Nigeria. As you're aware, we will head to the polls to decide the next president.
We must consider what is in the best interest of our nation. We will bear the consequences of our actions year from now.
“When that time comes, you will complain bitterly because of your king, whom you yourselves chose, but the Lord will not listen to your complaints.” 1 Samuel 8:18 GNT
