DOJ rolls out the old “it’s classified!” excuse to halt use of messages concealed by FBI agent found by defense counsel. As I reported this morning, agent caught lying on stand—someone hid required evidence that included messages to doctor, delete FBI material.
My God
This is what defendants are up against. After abruptly ending cross examination of FBI agent caught lying and concealing evidence and dismissing jury, Judge Kelly is allowing govt and defense to question her WITHOUT jury present today.

fascinating case. He’s exposing DOJs duck and hide approach to discovery. He wants judge to remove protective orders on this footage — Contreras seemed to suggest DOJ didn’t meet burden to keep video under seal.
