The Uni is a subsidiary of Apollo group that was sued in the United states for defrauding tax payers,In 2018, BPP's apprenticeship provision was given an 'Insufficient' rating by Ofsted. In 2019, Dep of Edu banned BPP from recruiting new apprentices citing insufficient progress
