Eurasians initially diverged from Sub-Saharans ~50-100kya (probably 100kya) and lived in a "hub" that could've existed anywhere from North Africa to the Middle East.

The KhoiSan people of South Africa diverged from other humans 150kya (possibly as early as 260kya).

Eurasians genetically diverged in the "hub" and migrated into Eurasia via multiple waves.

The first Eurasians to settle West and East Eurasia (the "Initial Upper Paleolithic" wave represented by samples dated 45kya) were more closely related to modern East Asians than Europeans.

But they were still distinct from modern East Asians, see these PCAs. They cluster with the IUP Siberian called Ust Ishim Man (also dated 45kya).

IUP went extinct in West Eurasia around 40kya (same time as European Neanderthals) and were replaced by early West Eurasians ~37kya.

The East Eurasian-related IUP people did make a small genetic contribution to some early West Eurasian Aurignacians, represented by the Goyet Q116-1 sample from Belgium (whose East Asian-related ancestry was a mystery before the discovery of IUP people in Europe).

East Eurasian Siberians (related to Ust Ishim) were also replaced by West Eurasians, who became the Ancient North Eurasians. They had (iirc) 10-30% East Eurasian ancestry (higher in the east), presumably from mixing with the IUP-descended East Eurasians.

The Australo-Melanesian (aka "Australoid" or "South Eurasian") peoples, which includes native South Indians and Negritos, also descend from East Eurasians but have extra ancestry from an earlier Out of Africa expansion...

Oceanians (Australians, Papuans, etc.) can be modeled as "a sister lineage of East Asians" with minor ancestry from an early/extinct OoA expansion or as "an almost even mixture between East Asians and a lineage basal to West and East [Eurasians]."

An early Eurasian lineage that split before Eurasians mixed with Neanderthals, known as "Basal Eurasian," is also theorized to have contributed to ancient Middle Eastern West Eurasians. But it's currently a ghost population not represented by any ancient samples.

Also modern Sub-Saharan Africans trace 2-19% of their ancestry to an archaic (ghost) hominin that split from other humans ~650kya, before Homo sapiens split from Neanderthals. This ancestry is not found in Eurasians because the admixture dates to 43kya.

Also, OP's theory only makes sense if it is proposing a multiregional origin for modern humans, with Eurasians descending from an East Eurasian population (as he claims) and Africans descending from an African population, since there is no East Eurasian ancestry in Africa....

But his entire theory hinges on the fact that Goyet Q116-1 has some East Eurasian ancestry, which is more adequately explained by an early East Eurasian population (i.e. the IUP people) being replaced by an early West Eurasian population.
