The 19yr Dalit girl, gang-raped & murdered in Sept 2020, followed by her forceful cremation.

Allah HC recently informed by the UP Govt that the family members of the victim girl has not been reallocated to a new place as per Court order 2022. Stay 🧵1/12

The victim Girl was paralysed with severe spinal cord injury, her neck damaged as the accused had dragged her wrapping her dupatta to a field near which she had been gathering cattle fodder.

She also has a deep cut on her tongue which she had bitten when strangulated. 2/12

02/03/23 the sp court convicted the main accused, named Sandeep under Sec 304 IPC dealing with culpable homicide not amounting to murder and certain sections of the SC/ST Act. The charges against the 3 others, who were also accused of gang-raping & murdering were dropped. 3/12

Kanchanjunga Express was hit by a goods train in New Jalpaiguri on June 17, killing 9 people and many injured.

The Chairman, Railway Board & CEO, Jaya Varma Sinha claimed in an interview that the goods train had “disregarded” the signal resulting in the accident.

REALLY? 2/10

17th June signal system in the area malfunctioned. So a TA912 memo had been issued but without speed control guidelines.

The memo read: “Automatic signalling has failed & u are hereby authorised to pass all automatic signals between RNI station and CAT station. 3/10

J&K LG flagged off the Amarnath Yatra today,
The Yatra ties the Muslim Locals & Hindu Devotees, each one complementing the other's needs, a bit more.

In 2022 a Sradhalu slept on the Horse & was about to fall, horseman IMTIYAZ saved the Devotee, but couldn't save himself. 1/10

Imtiaz Ahmad Khan, was Sole breadwinner of the family, was fighting grave poverty as his blind father was jobless, started working for Yatra. Had no money for a Horse, his friend helped him.
Married in 2020. When he died saving a devotee in 2022 he left an 8-month-old child. 2/10

An arduous route, harsh climate, and treacherous hill paths would have been impossible to cross if the Kashmiri villagers in long woollen coats hadn't cleared the way of snow and ice.

No way this Yatra could have been complete without puniwallas, labourers, dangewallas. 3/10

June 2020 Journo Piyush Rai, Indian Express & few other media reported UP STF IG Amitabh Yash issued an order to remove 52 Chinese Apps. PIB Fact-Check sealed it as "Fake" despite confirmation by IG Yash. Days later 59 Chinese apps were banned including these.

In July 2020 the Indian Express reported Delhi Sp.CP ordered on 8/7/20 to take care of arresting Hindu youth from NE Delhi.

Same day PIB Fact-Check called this story misleading not fact check but quoting Delhi Police

After the murder of a Brilliant student of IIT Kharagpur Faizan Ahmed in 2022 the Admin claimed it a Suicide, the director even refused to meet the parents.

Now see this👇🏿
Before 2nd post-mortem, when the body was being exhumed IIT sent its people to the spot. Why? 1/10

After being ranked 11th in JEE 2020, Faizan chose his ideal Sundar Pichai's IIT KHARAGPUR. Before completing, also enrolled in 2 research on robotic teams at IIT-KGP.

All dreams were shattered when on 14/10/22 his partially decomposed dead body found in the hostel room. 2/10

It must be noted his body was recovered in a room not the one allotted to him at Lala Lajpat Rai Hostel.

Though both the IIT-KGP Admin & the Police from beginning declared it a death by suicide after the post-mortem report police were not clear about the cause of death. 3/10
