Humans & dogs have a unique relationship since ancient times, friends to each other. But for last few months, #straydogs have become a big problem in our society, many cases are being reported daily but the government/municipality not taking it seriously. (1/14)

Rabies alone kills 20,000 people in India every year. Which is about 36 percent of the world's cases. About 30-60% of reported rabies cases and deaths in India occur in children under the age of 15 years as bites that occur in children often go unrecognized and unreported.(2/14)

Last week news came into light from Delhi’s Vasant Kunj where 2 innocent children mauled to death by stray dogs in two separate incidents.Police investigating the matter.Mother of those children mentioned how they were mauled to death by stray dogs.(3/14)

Some so called activists/NGO/Media channels are still trying to find ways to out of such incidents, instead of taking measures to control stray dogs, they are setting their own agenda and spreading misleading news. (4/14)

In another heart-wrenching incident stray dogs mauled an innocent 4-year-old child to death on a deserted road in Hyderabad in February this year.(5/14)

It is the duty of the municipality to provide stray dogs shelter, Anti-rabies vaccination and sterilize them. But the municipality and the government just set a yearly goal and then fails to follow proper implementation of those projects. (13/14)

We absolutely adore animals including dogs. But the fact is innocent children are losing their lives because officials, as municipality of almost every state avoiding responsibility. We pray no other innocent children lose their lives and stray dogs get proper shelter.(14/14)
