When discussing #Nuremberg2, we talk about trials and commissions aiming to expose the truth, bring reconciliation, and offer a way forward after large-scale wrongdoings happen.

They are preceded by a broad regime change or by military defeat.

It is only natural that such trials are done, in part, to politically cement the above-mentioned regime change or the military defeat.

That explains why "trials for crimes against nation" or "truth and reconciliation commissions" often happen.

Someone benefits from them!

With that in mind, we can note that someone could politically benefit from "Covid trials," "Covid truth commission," and other such exposes of Covid crimes.

And if there is a benefit, clever political operators may seek such things!

Will such operators be able to interest the general public in bringing Covid criminals to justice?

I am optimistic that the answer is yes, and below are the reasons for it:

1) Almost everyone was affected by Corona vaccinations. People were either vaccinated or discriminated against, with the extent of discrimination varying from country to country.

2) A large fraction of vaccinated people were forced to vaccinate and are resentful of what happened to them.

3) Covid vaccination harmed a significant fraction of vaccine recipients. The harms are numerous and varied.

The harms also are mysterious and random, which makes people naturally fearful for their health.

4) While many vaccinated individuals do not realize that Covid vaccines affected them, they can be easily convinced that they are vaccine victims when presented with evidence.

5) Many vaccinated people had multiple COVID infections. If nudged, they will see the apparent disconnect between the promises they received, and the ugly reality of diminished health.

6) Lawsuits against Big Pharma, and possibly against Google and Facebook, will, naturally, make many people consider whether they are also victims when *financial compensation* becomes a possibility.

7) People understandably fear death, and the excess mortality we are experiencing worldwide should unsettle any person whose risk of death is heightened in a mysterious, unknowable way.

All we need is to make people realize that.

8) It is entirely possible that generalized increased random sudden deaths and the mystery of health affected in unpredictable and random ways, can cause a mass hysteria of fear.

Since a mass hysteria of fear happened just 3 years ago, it can happen again.

What do people overcome with fear do?

They look for magical ways to resolve the cause of the fear.

In the past history of pandemics, witch trials often followed outbreaks of mystery illnesses.

Since people have not changed much since then, they may hope that punishing "Covid vaccine witches" will resolve their "vaccine-induced mystery illnesses."

If you hear me hinting that "Covid recriminations" may become unwholesome, you hear me right.

This situation of 100% of people affected by Covid vaccines, some suffering from real or imaginary harm, and possibly seeking revenge, has the potential of turning ugly.

The most important determinant of how much “Corona reckoning” we will see is the future trajectory of the health of the general population, as well as excess mortality and fertility declines.

Should the current negative trends of declining health and declines in fertility worsen (something I prefer not to happen of course), we may see growing popular demand for "truth and reconciliation" or even "witch trials".

It is the dynamics of regime change, demand for justice, and population-wide resentment that would drive "Corona reckoning," not arcane constitutional laws.

I agree with @eugyppius1 that "reckoning" is not a law-driven process. It is a society-driven process.

I'm afraid I have to disagree with @eugyppius1 that such reckoning is impossible.

My above tweets presented reasons for the possibility or even likelihood of a future "Covid reckoning."

Such a reckoning may also be an intentional attempt to provide closure with the most important people escaping punishments.

Almost all previous reckonings let thousands of wrongdoers off the hook, starting from Nuremberg 1.0.

Here's a video of visibly scared former Australian Premier Scott Morrison, insisting that "we never insisted on vaccine mandates."

What is Scott Morrison scared of?

"Covid reckoning", of course.

Scott is not stupid and he knows what is coming.

Scott Morrison is lying when he denies participation in vaccine mandates.

He is scared of being punished for force-vaccinating Australians with unproven vaccines that ended up being harmful.

No amnesty for Scott!
