i just think wy is very emotionally intelligent and perceptive and primarily operates from a place of instinct rather than logic and I also don’t think he pushes people away bc thats how he ‘copes’ but bc he wants to protect them or bc he was pushed away first

I rly dont like it when ppl call wy emotionally avoidant or unavailable etc bc he is NOT if given the chance and if the circumstances weren’t always so damn dire wy would run to his loved ones in the drop of a hat, he trusts them and they trust him and thats on THAT

wy is the first character who’s 100% sure of how much he loves and cares for the people around him, and he proves it over and over by literally doing the Unthinkable bc he is only driven by Love, not insecurity not paranoia. hes known what he stands for from the beginning
