Born on a Sunday (Ruled by the Sun): Take Sunday to get some sunlight, your body needs it. The sun also rules creativity & our inner child. This is a great day to spend time with your children, nurture your inner child, & do something that you really love & that brings you joy.
Born on a Monday (Ruled by the Moon): Take Monday to give thanks to the moon. Some examples of this would be: giving yourself space to cry & honor your emotions, praying & meditating under the moon, &cleaning your home and spending time with family (the moon rules home & family).
Born on a Tuesday (Ruled by Mars): Take Tuesday to do an activity that you’re really passionate about (Mars is the planet of action & passion). Find a healthy way to process your frustrations (Mars is aggression). Do something to release steam/sexual energy (Mars is sexuality).
Born on a Wednesday (Ruled by Mercury): Take Wed. to journal, write out your thoughts, record yourself venting, have an important talk with others, etc (Mercury is communication). Since Mercury also rules health, Wed. is also a great day to go to the doctor & focus on health.
Born on a Thursday (Ruled by Jupiter): Take Thurs. to reconnect with your spiritual practices & study the teachings from your spiritual &/or religious leaders (Jupiter rules religion, beliefs, etc). Thurs. is also a great day to study something new & expand your mind in some way.
Born on a Friday (Ruled by Venus): Take Friday to make yourself feel more beautiful & loved (Venus rules love & beauty). Go to the spa, get your nails & hair done, etc. Do mirror work at home. Venus also represents money so this is also a great day to go over your finances.
Born on a Saturday (Ruled by Saturn): Take Saturday to plan long term goals (Saturn represents longevity and long term goals). This is also a great day to think about what challenges you’re currently experiencing & what you’ve learned from them (Saturn is challenges & lessons).
