As per our law minister Judges deserved vacation too. Agree but it's responsibility of woke judges like #chandrachud who advocate about truth too to make sure innocent do not suffer because of fake cases. Bt can judges give back 20years of his life that he spent in jail...cont..
In 2002 Vishnu Tiwari was arrested and was sentenced to life imprisonment on 2013 under r@pe and SC/ST Act. On 2021 #prayagrajhighcourt acquitted him saying it was fake case. If you think This should definitely bring some joy for innocent man and his family then u are wrong..cont
His father Rameshwar Tiwari, died in 2013, and within the year, his mother Ram Shakhi also passed away. Two of his brothers also died from cardiac arrests in this period. He attended none of the funerals. What is worse for a son than not being able to see his dying...cont
parents’ faces one last time? He lost his land, cattles to pay the lawyers. It's good woke people like #chandrachud talk about justice while giving lectures or woke Gyan on free speech etc but they fail to understand the rotten system of Judiciary.
Since he walked free will any action be taken against the family of woman, officers who filed fake charges and destroyed life of innocent?? Do you know how much he got paid for doing work in jail for 20 years?? Just 600rs. That's the fruit of being democracy mr #chandrachud.
