Context: The word Dominance here means selecting or "overtaking" some clubs for recruitment of players
Like Buying Preferential rights of Players etc.

So what Joan Laporta did
He apparently advised Rodrigo Messi (who is very sound and specialist in South American ) to Join KIN PARTNERS a telent agency

KIN PARTNERS is the same company which holds the agency of players like Andreas Christensen and İlkay Gündoğan

So, after joining KIN PARTNERS Rodrigo Messi was released from some duties for example agency of players like Ansu Fati and given to Laporta's good friend Jorge Mendes
