common themes during the #sxsw panels were consistency and persistence.

waking up to work for others is easy, but when it comes to showing up for ourselves, we often struggle.

here are some productivity solutions i like to employ to provide some balance and structure:

1/7
use a calendar

don't underestimate the impact of a structured schedule.

a well-organized calendar helps plan and track your personal goals and tasks.

It allows you to visualize your progress and prioritize your time effectively.

2/7
set personal goals

create clear, achievable goals and identify a long-term vision.

break this vision down into smaller, manageable milestones and celebrate each achievement.

3/7
develop morning rituals

personally I like to envision the day before it happens & prioritize time to exercise. this helps me mentally prepare for the day.

repetition is tough at first but a consistent routine creates positive habits & help you start your day with purpose.

4/7
prioritize self-growth

continuous growth enhances your overall well-being.

invest time in personal development absorbing and obsessing over something new. it doesn’t have to relate to your career.

5/7
accountability buddies

connect with someone who shares similar goals.

this should not be a one way street. supporting and encouraging each other creates a sense of responsibility to stay on track.

regular check-ins and progress updates help maintain focus.

6/7
break down tasks

large tasks can feel overwhelming. break them into smaller, manageable chunks to tackle one step at a time.

this makes it easier to stay realistic and organized — ultimately maintaining momentum towards your goals.

"The Laws of Human Nature" is a book i always return to, whether in times of transformation, growth, or reflection.

it offers valuable insight into understanding human behavior, improving relationships, & mastering emotions.

below are learnings I try to practice daily ↓

1/4 Image
understand human nature

it is important to understand that human behavior is often driven by subconscious emotions, biases, and patterns.

by understanding these patterns, you can:

• overcome resistance
• learn how to influence people
• build positive relationships

2/4
practice self-awareness

understanding your own strengths and weaknesses can help you:

• make better decisions
• avoid self-destructive behavior
• overcome your biases
• develop a growth mindset
• learn to control your emotions
