So now, a retaliatory Motion has been filed in an effort to stop me, their personal family lawyer, from telling the world about how they are oppressing black people under the guise of confidentiality.

I had a moment where I broke down crying at one point bc my entire mission is to 'show the world what's being done to black people', to 'show just how and why we are 5x more incarcerated than the 60% majority even though we make up less than 14% of the entire US.

I know to do this because it's what has been done in the past. Emmett Till's mother had an open casket funeral to show the world what they were doing to black people in the South when her son was returned to her mutilated.

The Selma March was full of people walking straight into a bloody beat down of dog bites, broken bones, water hoses, baton beatings and other excruciating and unimaginable things solely bc they wanted basic rights: to sit at a F'n lunch counter, vote, sit wherever on the bus

Now in 2023, here we are dealing with this same monster in a different form. It's what Michelle Alexander described in 'The New Jim Crow'. We went from being discriminated against and being called niggers to being discriminated against and being called criminals.

So, I anticipated this retaliatory Motion. I knew it was inevitable bc history taught me that. It makes perfect sense to motion the court to have me charged as a criminal bc that is what is done to DISCREDIT black people. And after all, mass incarceration won't feed itself, huh?

I wrote the original article about black bodies being preyed on in Manchester on March 2 on @emeffenMFn to begin criminal defense organizing and to change the normal SOO (system Of oppression) narrative to one told from the eyes of the least of us.

I held a Protest by Court Watch training on March 10. I talked and posted nonstop about this for 2 weeks with little interest from many, outside of comments concerning how unimaginable it sounded.

And finally someone cared enough about those most oppressed by this criminal justice system to answer my plea for help, and it was @anitawadhwani
And Now the entire world gets to help #Disrupt this system of oppression by watching whats being done and demanding action.

Michelle Alexander said "We must face the realities of the new caste system and embrace those who are most oppressed by it if we hope to end the new Jim Crow". I took that shit to heart and created a whole social enterprise to do just that!

With that being said, I am going to continue to amplify the voices of the least of us and turn the spotlight onto the system that is disproportionately oppressing us. Thank you to all who are helping disrupt this system of oppression! #DisruptManchester
