SCOOP: Domestic terror defendant Sam Lazar, who urged fellow Jan. 6 rioters to steal cops guns, appeared at a secret court hearing today.

NEW: Judge Reggie Walton condemns “demagogues” spreading lies about Jan. 6 “despite what their eyes tell them” because all they care about is $$$.

Comments came at the sentencing of Aiden Bilyard, who was able to go to Air Force basic training before he was picked up for his crimes.

The judge cut Bilyard a break, departing downward from the sentencing guidelines, and sentenced him to 40 months in federal prison.

“THAT’S NOT RIGHT,” his mom cried out. She had to leave the courtroom in tears.

“You make your bed, you’ve gotta lie in it," judge said.

That's roughly the number of people who have been successfully identified by online sleuths but not yet been arrested.
