To those who were born after 1986, here’s a trivia for you.
The MARCOS JAPANESE ODA SCANDAL or MARUKOSU GIWAKU or simply MARCOS SCANDAL was one of the reasons why Japan created its 1992 ODA Charter.

@bongbongmarcos @pcogovph @senatePH @SCPh_PIO
What happened to the money the Japanese paid the Philippines? MARCOS POCKETED THEM WITH THE AID OF HIS CRONY FRIEND, ROBERTO BENEDICTO WHO HE MADE THE PHILIPPINES’ AMBASSADOR TO JAPAN.
When Ferdinand Marcos became president in 1965, he appointed his Upsilon Sigma Phi fraternity brother and golfing buddy Roberto Benedicto as the Philippines' ambassador to Japan. Benedicto's appointment allowed him to develop high-level contacts in Japan
and allowed him to acquire over $550 million in World War II reparations, which he allegedly used to forward his own private interests.
Moreover, when the Marcoses were exiled to Hawaii in 1986 after the People Power Revolution, the US authorities confiscated papers
that the Marcoses brought with them. These documents revealed that since the 1970s, Marcos and his associates embezzled 10 to 15 percent of Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund loans through commissions from about fifty Japanese contractors.
After over 60yrs, now the UN ruled out that the Philippines violated the rights of comfort women during WW II by failing to redress the continuous suffering they have endured.

UPDATE from Ret. Gen. Eliseo Rio of TNTrio
@YsaacFranklin @jpsangs @whereisNANIE

These are the things to look for in scrutinizing the Transmission Logs that will be provided by COMELEC:- ImageImageImageImage
1. Date/Time Stamp of each VCM transmission. Those with a Date/Stamp earlier than May 9, 2022, 7:30pm will be red flagged because it takes at least 30 minutes for the administrative matters and printing of 8 copies of the precinct’s Election Results (ER) from the closing
of voting of the precinct to the transmission of the precinct ER. We have in fact challenged COMELEC to prove to the public by an actual time and motion demonstration that all the 9 tasks required by the COMELEC General Instructions have to be accomplished BEFORE any VCM

KAHIT GA-HAIRLINE NA LANG ANG PANINIWALA KO ay I am still clinging and hoping kasi nga ang three (3) interdependent branches ng gobyerno natin: LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, JUDICIAL ay isang TRIAD o MALAKING SINDIKATO.

When it’s time, to tell the truth, do so! But they should not have kept this from us we sought the same data last year.
It took us months until we filed mandamus.
We really don’t know whether such transmission logs are authentic, credible, or not. @YsaacFranklin @jpsangs Image
We are IT experts and we will double, triple, and multiple such data and we have ways of doing forensic testing if data have been altered.
Leave it to the experts and if they want we already sent a challenge to them to conduct a simulation of the election process including Image

It’s IT versus IT. Lawyers who are no experts in IT should leave it to the experts. Image

THE MANDAMUS PETITION AND THE TNTRIO’S LEGAL STANDING
Some people are concerned that TNTrio lacks the legal standing to sue. They fear that the Supreme Court would dismiss the Mandamus petition for that reason.
Their concern is based on the assumption that the TNTrio are not personally affected by Comelec’s decision to withhold the information they are requesting because they were not candidates in the May 9 election.

Envy aliens who can avoid PH;
Pity Pinoys who are stuck here
He’ll never return to the Philippines, said the Thai tourist whose cash was filched by Manila airport security personnel.
Not only that, he’ll tell his countrymen to never book any airline, hotel, or service bearing the name of the Philippines and its cities.
He's so incensed at his ordeal.
An x-ray screener picked up his wallet on the conveyor tray and slipped the bills to accomplices.
A companion of the victim had videoed the crime.
The pickpockets took them to a room to return the money, but let them board their flight only after the companion deleted the video.
He's lucky.
Envy foreigners who can avoid the Philippines.
Pity Pinoys.

LET ME BEGIN WITH SOVEREIGNTY. Our political leaders say that, as a sovereign state, the Philippines enjoys absolute control over its territory and will not allow external interference.
However, such absolute control is partly surrendered whenever our country enters into treaties or international statutes.
Thus, it ceded a portion of its sovereignty when our Senate ratified on Aug. 30, 2011, the “Rome Statute” that created the ICC.
