Using simple shapes to draw the muscles. You learn them by drawing over and over. 
Example of the skeleton and the muscles on top. I draw the skeleton and muscles really simplified. As you can see in this example.
Here you can see how I break them down. Learning to draw this out of your head makes drawing human characters so much easier.
Here are the steps I take. Note how I devide in each step to find the correct proportion.
Also works for the side and any other view.
I don’t know all the names out of my head. But for practice I like to write them down. Im also using this as reference.
