Explain to me how a $7,500 tax credit for buying a Tesla is capitalism, but the $25,000 tax credit for buying a house is communism?
Do I get both the $25k first time homebuyer program from Kamala AND also the $25k for being a foster child for a total of $50K towards the downpayment of a place to live or is it just $25K total?
Do I need to try and scramble to buy a place now before everyone gets $25k and thereโ€™s nowhere left to live and things go up in price even more?

Or will I get both grants together and have more options with a bigger downpayment?

Would be nice to have a stable living condition
