Drivers for the budget, post pandemic recovery, salary adjustments, complexity in programming, special populations have increased (a legal and moral obligation to provide) #schcom0321 top 13% in wealth per Capita, bottom 20% in student spending

Slide 35 - clarification on the avg class size means more individual classrooms would be reflecting a higher end of the range of students which is the result from a higher avg #schcom0321

In a good year teaching is a set of challenging duties, building the resilience with their students is even more challenging this year coming out of the pandemic, #schcom0321

Slide 33 lists the items requested by the schools but are not in the budget so there would be opportunity costs for these items as they would provide support for the students and educational efforts #schcom0321
