UPDATE: Temecula Valley Unified School District held their CRT event tonight. After a black community member made a public comment, he was told by a white woman to leave the country if he didn’t like it.

Chaos erupted when a Trustee tried removing the man NOT the racist woman.
To clarify, “CRT” is not taught in high schools, however, even if it were it was banned by this school district. Just in Dec, new far-right TVUSD Trustees passed a CRT ban during their first meeting in office. So this expensive CRT forum held tonight was truly political theater.

The below video blaming black people for their own slavery was posted by Temecula Valley Unified School Board Trustee Jen Wiersma discussing TBUSD’s CRT workshops that were held this week and promoted this evening’s forum (which broke out in chaos over more racist comments):
Anti-CRT panelist at tonight’s Temecula Valley Unified School District’s CRT event, Wenyuan Wu, took to twitter to spread misinformation about what occurred tonight. A black commenter got “extremely confrontational” when asked to leave the country. You missed that part Wenyuan.
I highly recommend taking 2 mins to watch the full video of the public comment made at tonight’s Temecula Valley Unified School District CRT event. After the well spoken public commenter walked away from the podium, he was told to leave the country by a woman in the audience.

While Walgreens held a shareholders meeting inside Pelican Hill in Newport, protesters (organized by Live Action & promoted by IE Lexit members) stormed the resort. The trespassers held expensive mass produced poster board signs and chanted “Walgreens, stop selling abortions.” twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Melahat Refiei’s plea deal clarified 2 Irvine elected officials were lawyers who were able to accept bribes through “legal retainer agreements” which got them around official disclosure requirements.

But what if you wanted to bribe an elected official who wasn’t a lawyer?👇🤔
As for those involved, in this specific bribe situation involved in plea deal, in 2018 Irvine City Council had 3 lawyers on the city council:

Mayor Don Wagner (now Chairman of OC Supervisors)
Jeffrey Lalloway (former Chief of Staff to Todd Spitzer)
Melissa Fox (lost seat 2020)
In Jan/Feb 2018, before plea bargain bribe, Irvine passed an ordinance allowing cannabis testing laboratories. Now, this wasn’t for research purposes & zoning excluded UCI, it’s commercial product quality control testing for cannabis sold (different facility/city) to consumers.

OCCA co-founder Mark Bucher has a long history with Orange Unified School District, starting in the 90’s when he co-directed the anti-union Educational Alliance. Their controversial supported trustees (against teacher raises & banned gay student clubs) were recalled in 2001.

Bucher’s involvement with funding OUSD school board candidates is ongoing including his ties with Orange County Charter Advocates for Greater Public Schools PAC.

In 2019, two OUSD trustees had 96% (Ortega) and 97% (Lebsack) total campaign contributions came from that one PAC.
