Now that was expected with connected car technology. However, there’s something more concerning about it!

What's Concerning?

According to data shared by Ather, the brand revealed the information like features used by the users. The brand is aware about the users using features like horns & auto hold in different regions!

OLA Once Made Critical Information Public!

Now, this was the data Ather chose to share. However, it is highly possible that not just Ather, but all the bike / car brands are aware of our movements!

For instance, OLA once used the data to defend itself against a rider who claimed faulty brakes. OLA used the connected technology to reveal that the biker was already overspeeding which led to lose control over bike & that it was his fault!
