FWIW I don't think @VitalikButerin is a good person, nor can I understand how he sleeps at night. Ethereum sounds like a snoop of my network interface while I plugged into ETH Zurich after knocking on some doors after some early cryptography #meetup (circa 2001)
FFS it sounds like something Aaron Swartz (co founder of Reddit) knew got him killed. He knew me. I was in Queenstown, New Zealand at the time. It was significantly more difficult to spy before/without submarines, and now there is star link.

1 billion GBP sounds like the starting point for compensation. What would the upper limit and likely payout be? The whole loss of income from blacklists and negative sentiment developed for continuing work in the digital economy could conceivably triple this?
