@Marjo_Sl @Dinsdal85174312 Dit is het enige pompoenrecept wat ik heb: kreeg ik ooit van een vriend.

De truc is 45 minuten in de oven op 200 graden. Dan komt het vel er makkelijk af en is de pompoen ook al flink gaar, dus gaat snijden veel makkelijker.

Ingredients for 4 Portions
1.7 kg Pumpkin use half of the resulting 1.2kg
Salt, Pepper
25 g Butter
250 ml Milk
8 EL Crème Fraîche
3 packages Knorr Vegetable Broth
50 g Brown sugar
1/2 Big onion
4 EL Biryani curry paste
4 EL Chopped ginger

Preparations
1) Halve the pumpkin, remove seeds and strings.
2) Put halves on tin foil on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes @ 200 degree Celsius
3) Once the pumpkin is ready, let it cool off and remove the skin. This should peel of easily

@Marjo_Sl @Dinsdal85174312 4) Freeze half of the pumpkin.
5) Chop half a big onion and the garlic cloves in a blender
6) Cook 1L of water with the three packages of broth
Method
7) Melt the butter in a 4L saucepan. Add the chopped onions and garlic and glaze for 4 minutes.

@Marjo_Sl @Dinsdal85174312 8) Add curry paste and a bit of the milk and stir for a minute more.
9) Add pumpkin and broth. Use a blender directly in the pan until smooth.
10) Let simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes

@Marjo_Sl @Dinsdal85174312 11) Slowly stir in milk, sugar, and 4 EL of Crème Fraîche. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
12) Put an EL of ginger in a soup bowl. Add pumpkins oup, Put an EL of Crème Fraîche on the top.
