My whistleblower, Kim Clayton Hershman’s case was rejected by Gloria Allred’s firm and every single law firm in Los Angeles and New York back in 2018, because none of them wanted to take on ABC/Disney out of fear of losing their licenses and firms. Kim is still on the “non hire” list along with me for ‘all’ Business Affairs for every single network, film company and major film studios in America, due to the blacklisting by ABC/Disney @RobertIger Kim never worked again after trying to help me expose ABC/Disney and every single perpetrator named in her allegations suddenly retired from ABC/Disney as not to be held accountable. Kim had to sell all of her assets and properties to makes ends meet and now lives abroad in a Latin country trying to start over. I was forced to retire early due to the blacklisting still in effect and work outside the system as an independent filmmaker. Kim Clayton Hershman is not only my hero, but she is an American Hero, who tried to make ABC/Disney be held accountable legally for their actions that have ended the career’s of hundreds of peoples, especially Black peoples career’s. I suspect that my portrayal of the ‘first’ Black Deputy U.S. Marshal in my ‘first’ feature CORSICANA, being shown at two prestigious Chicago theaters, the @chicagoshowplaceicon and the @cinemachatham is going to become equally historical and culturally important. Why?
Deputy U.S. Marshal Bass Reeves efforts actually helped create the state of Oklahoma, much like John Baptiste DuSable created Chicago. You can’t be more empowering than those 3 achievements.

.@EllenPompeo ‘knew’ that I was assaulted & humiliated in front of our entire crew and only ‘defended’ myself from a tyrannical @PatrickDempsey I was coerced to sign off on a mea culpa and worked under great stress and duress for 4 months only to not have my contract renewed.
Perhaps @latimes @nypost and other major outlets would like to know ‘why’ @ABCNetwork was willing to pay $2MM for Ellen Pompeo’s claims of abuse from Patrick Dempsey, but walked me out the door 14 years ago with nothing, but a bad name. ‘Why’ was I treated so unfairly? I’ll wait.
My attorney is still waiting for a call from @ABCNetwork legal and @ABC_Casting for their comments, questions or concerns. I have 21 more damning evidence of bad business done by Howard M. Davine. Everyone involved w/h this should be Terminated, Restitutions made w/h an Apology.

raise money for the pedestal upon which the Statue of Liberty now sits. The poem did not receive much recognition and was quite forgotten after the auction.
