1) Was re-reading @UebertAngel press statement & went back to watch the @AJIunit documentary #GoldMafia episode one. I found Angel's attempt at pretending he was investigating the undercover journalists very laughable and stupid. For starters the undercover journalists

2) did not pose as legitimate investors, they declared, from the onset, that they were criminals wanting to illegally bring in dirty money into Zimbabwe and if @UebertAngel wasn't intending to participate in their illicit business, why did he go on entertaining 'investors' who

3) had indicated, from the beginning, that they were criminals? As a representative of @edmnangagwa, a head of state, why did @UebertAngel continue negotiating business with criminals who didn't hide the illicit nature of their business? What was there to investigate, as Angel

4) would like us to believe, when the undercover journalists had already declared they were criminals intending to bring illicit money into the country? Wasn't he supposed to end his conversation with the undercover journos the moment they mentioned they intended to bring in

5) illicit money into the country? Isn't that what honest & professiona people do? Since these journos declared, on their own, they were criminals, did Angel doubt they were, hence his laughable excuse that he was investigating them? Investigating what?

6) Why would @UebertAngel even go on to phone the First Lady when he knew, from the undercover journalists themselves that they were 'criminals?" What did he want to achieve with such calls?

7) These, and many more questions, arise from @UebertAngel's press statement. That Dr Mtisi, who purports to be the author of the statement, yet indicates he stopped working for @UebertAngel in Oct 2022 but still uses Angel's OPEAL letterhead & appends his scanned signature on
