Joe Moss wants to stop other elected commissioners to ask permission from him before talking about any topic.

Joe Murray is the grandson of a previous board member. He is upset that Joe Moss and Ottawa Impact are holding a jobs program for their friends and family. He ripps into John Gibbs for being the loser that he is. He is mad about wasting tax dollars. A lot of tax dollars.

The next speaker is from the Momentum Center in Grand Haven and now Holland to help people recovering from addiction and kids. They work to provide a sense of belonging. This is an IRL subtweet about the #OttawaCBoC change the county motto from "Where you belong."

The next speaker is a 22 year old board member at the Momentum Center. She started as a volunteer when she is 16. She says the center had a positive impact on her life as a suicide attempt survivor. She invites the board to visit the center.

The next speaker is also speaking in favor of the Momentum Center. She mentions the opportunities provided for all members. She believes in social justice not just a few but for all. She leads a journal writing group that she really enjoys.
