@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Jeff Landry also complaining that people can't suppress minority votes on Twitter. Basically pro-Ku Klux Klan Act.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Now arguing that Twitter is politically biased bc someone named Kennedy was censored.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Landry seems confused about which govt he wants to bring to heel--he's asking to gut the US GOVERNMENT, while helping the Russian and Chinese governments.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Eric Schmitt: How dare Joe Biden get rid of Section 230
Eric Lowry: We have to make it easier to sue the tech companies
Jimmy: We extended the same courtesy to former Tulsi.
DWS: That was a member panel.
Lynch: Move to strike testimony.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Lynch: They have scurried away with your complicity. You couldn't find 2 people to defend their statements.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry John Sauer, from LA, is so stupid he just described what Trump actually did and claimed it was Biden.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Sauer--Jim Jordan's witness--is speaking in favor of violating the Ku Klux Klan Act, to suppress the minority vote. This is how Jim Jordan fights the "weaponization" of federal govt--by making it easier to suppress minority vote.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry BREAKING: Jim Jordan's insurrection protection party votes to protect GOP witness John Sauer from having to testify about his role in Jan6 insurrection.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Connolly asks Dem witness Seligman why Fox News reporters would call Dominion claims included in GOP AG lawsuit Sauer was part of "dangerously insane."
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Chris Stewart likens ensuring white supremacists cannot suppress the minority vote to tactics of the East German Stasi.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Dems play a video of the attack on the Capitol against background of robocall from GOP AGs.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Matthew Seligman kills it: He notes that both Gaetz and Jordan have proposed legislation that the GOP lawsuit suggests constitutes a threat against the big tech companies.
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry BREAKING: John Sauer and Dan Bishop complain that 8 FBI agents work with Silicon Valley companies to investigate hacks.
[And misrepresent how many FBI agents interact with Twitter.]
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry Colin Allred asks Sauer whether he mentions Trump's Chrissy Taigen "censorship."
@Eric_Schmitt@JeffLandry .@JasonLeopold will want to check out Daniel Goldman quizzing the GOP witness about what he means about "directing," including whether Trump "directed" Jordan to interfere in the Bragg investigation pertaining to what Trump "directed" Michael Cohen to do.

I know we've reviewed this several times already, but Judge Davis added tweets from Jason Miller and Trump to those Dominion included to flesh out how Trump bullied Fox to adopt conspiracy theories.
Here's the J6C transcript from the hearing where Chris Stirewalt described how he made the AZ call, how confident he was in it, and how proud that he had done his job--accurately reporting on elections--so well.
This letter from Bragg to Jordan is really a work of art. Others have noted the strong pushback. Note, too, the suggestion that Jordan et al were "collaborating" in threats of violence with the unlawful attempt to interfere.
Bragg's observation that Marge was explicitly voicing an intent to interfere in a then-ongoing investigation came out at almost the same time as Marge reiterated her plan to do so--in a Tweet with no claim to be doing so as a MoC.
Sounds obstruction-y.
I really can't do justice to all the citations (jump in here, JD-people!), but this is the one used to prevent Beryl Howell from sharing Mueller's GJ materials with Congress.
The 10: 1) Corcoran 2) Bobb 3) Alina Habba 4) Jennifer Little
5 & 6) The Two Pats 7) Alex Cannon 8) Eric Herschmann 9) Tim Parlatore 10) Boris Epshteyn
I think reporting on Marge's celebration of a bunch of people who attacked cops on Friday has been unfortunately poor.
Start with this: She chose to visit Jan6ers who are not only better off than many other detainees in US, but are better off than other Jan6ers.
Most notably, Jan6ers in DC jails have access to tablets to make their own defense easier. Indeed, Judge McFadden, easily the judge predisposed to the Jan6ers, made that point just days ago.
One of the people House Republicans are celebrating today, Kyle Fitzsimons, PUT ON A BUTCHER'S APRON before walking to the Capitol to attack cops.
[spelling corrected, photo added]
Some of the other people Republicans are celebrating today have significant criminal records -- like Sean McHugh, who pled down to a misdemeanor "sex with a minor" charge.
