Have you found any Certificates to date which have not mentioned the father's name on the Graduation pass-out Certificate?
Also In 1978 most Certificates used to be hand-written not printed.

What does it mean 'withsigned'? I have seen many certificates but never found this in any. Even if we take it as the 'withsigned' was the place of Modiji's signature... Where is that signature? Also "The Entire Political Science" has anyone found any Batchmate or teacher? 5/7
In the 1980s the degree certificates all the Universitz already started giving Colour Certificates to avoid Counterfeit degrees. The degree must be with a colour seal. Why not in these?

Why is the middle name wrongfully written "Damoderdas" where it is "Damodardas"? Why is it Black& White instead of colour?
