Assumptions in vastu : Truth and fallacies in #VASTU
🦜 Most of the modern Vāstu lays emphasis on kitchen, rooms, facilities etc. This is considered Vāstu according to modern thoughts and even by common people. However, this is not given any preference in real granthas. In
fact it does not occupy even a single chapter in certain granthas. This shows that choosing rooms or kitchen or pooja room is not Vāstu. A widely accepted concept which is not real Vāstu.
🦜 Kitchen-A common thought is that it should always occupy SE section. However, all major
granthas unanimously give it NE or Vayu area. SE is mentioned in only single book which is not in order of first preference. I have seen Vastuśastris beating the bush by emphasizing kitchen to be located in SE.
🦜There is no mention of dakṣiṇāvartī or vāmāvartī stairs. All
this wise coining is done by modern Vāstu.
🦜There is no mention of facilities in any books. The loo used to be situated outside houses in outer periphery. So, the modern thought of its positions is all false.
🦜 There is a very common trend of designing the floor with highs and
lows. Some wise people have coined the concept of keeping NE on lower level then others. See what the books tell us:
प्राग्भवति मित्रवंरं मृत्युभयं दक्षिणेन यदि वृद्धिः ।
अर्थविनाशः पश्चादुदग्विवृद्धिर्मनस्तापः.
If the floor of a house be raised in the east, the owner would
be at loggerheads with his friends; if in the south, fear of death; if in the west, loss of wealth; and in the north, mental affliction.
Actually, the construction and floor all should be kept at single level. The view of flag staff in SW and raising it is the brainchild of
modern gimmicks.
🦜Feng shui is a very base science and it is not a part of Vāstu. In fact, it does not even stand in comparison to vastness of sthāpatya. The pyramids, mirrors, tortoise, bamboo trees, yantras are actually stunts of conman. They have no relation to Vāstu.
🦜the
concept of temple was meant for Kuladevtā. The temple with other ḍevthas create the famous ḍevālaya vedhā in house. This is in exact opposition of modern Vāstu.
🦜 The topography is the most important part of Vāstu which has been given larger space in all granthas. I have
never seen a single Vāstuśāstrī paying attention to topography.
🦜the concept of directions in modern Vāstu is wrong. However, this wrong concept is followed by all common man and almost all Vāstuśāstrī. The dik śodhana is there for a reason but nobody pays a heed. Time and
again people tell me that so and so part of their house lays in South or so. The real dik and magnetic dik are two different things.
🦜Jyotiśa occupies the major part of Vāstu. Some people made it a point to undermine this but granthas speak for themselves. Jyotiśa
occupies a major part of all Vāstu granthas. A Vāstuśāstrī should study jyotiśa properly. The houses are adopted by nakshatra and varna. Both these parts & Muhurta, concept of doors, āyādī, several vedhās etc. are not possible to understand without understanding proper jyotiśa.
In fact, you cannot understand Vāstu without understanding proper jyotiśa.

Ṇagas at a place? How the lordship of unknown places can create unseen troubles. vastu prashna
Sometimes the buying of land and factories etc. gives certain disorders which are not even visible in natal charts. These are dośas that are generated by invisible factors of a place
. One of the most dreaded dośas is dośas of Ṇagas and the second one is created by dead entities. Sometimes some sites have been used for religious things in previous centuries and then the deities over there play havoc on owners. These temples/places sometimes get demolished
with times, however the divine powers over there still remain there. These divine creatures can toss our life if we do anything against their will.
This is a Praśna which was generalized but indicated that the land been bought by the questioner has some problems.

What is Kanṭaka and Laghu Kalyani of Sani ? Results
When Saturn crosses the fourth, seventh, tenth house from natal moon during transits then it is called kanṭaka. Transit of Saturn in fourth and eighth house from the natal moon sign is called Laghu Kalyani Dhayya.

The results of transits depend on sign of transits, karma of individual and daśa during transit. Those who want to apply this blindly, need to learn jyotiśa rules first.
Results of Saturn’s transit in fourth House - When Saturn
transits in the fourth house from Moon sign, its full aspect is on the Moon lagna, the sixth and tenth house from the Moon lagna. There may be a change of place or transfer. Housing may become a problem. Heart problems may occur. Blood pressure may not be stable. There may .
Does Bṛhaspati makes one spirtiual ? Secrets of Jyotiśa
There are many common misnomers in Jyotiśa including some preconceived notion about planets. Some like Venus are only labelled as kāma and others like Jupiter are labelled as spiritual and very noble.
However jyotiśa
requires practical analogy and study which is the best way to shun myths. It is interesting to note that Jupiter is never powerful in any of the saint’s charts. In fact some have debilitated Jupiter and some have weak Jupiter. This is because Jupiter is knowledge and
surprisingly, the twin brothers called ego and proud come along with knowledge. (Not wisdom). The self is very important for a Jupiter dominated person while the first requisite of being spiritual is to shun the self itself. As the great seer Sri Ramaṇa Maharṣi remarks “to be
Most of us who delve into the spiritual realms have seen the uncountable level of sufferings and trauma one has to bear. It is not universal but it does happen at a mass level. The interesting
part is the successive level of events, that keeps beating the goodness inside us. The question that is often asked is why this happens and why in such a brutal manner and the most important why so frequently. Let me answer that with my scanty knowledge:
🦜 First things first,
It happens with real sādhaka only. It is also similar to effects been produced by negative elements in life. So, one needs to differentiate the one from other and obviously one who is suffering can never do it, because his/her mind is not at a level to understand the root cause.
Types of people that cannot be helped by any astrologer in this world:
1. Those who do not have faith and keep asking questions instead of belief. They suffer a lot. 2. Those who are over smart and consider every other person a dumb headed entity. 3. Those who are mentally or
spiritually afflicted in such a way that they cannot put faith anywhere. 4. Those who just keep cheating and mistreat others. 5. Those who just keep hopping between one astrologer to another one wishing to change their destiny instantly. 6. Those who have bad intentions for
others. 7. Those who do not have respect for divine vidhya.
A remedy will only work when you have faith. You do not have faith then do not go to jyotisa.
Most of the time people follow remedies without faith and they believe that things can change, but trust me it won't make
