@libsoftiktok Sent me down a rabbit hole today. #YoungActorsTheaterCamp is located at Mt. Cross Ministries in Felton California, and it got more disturbing, the more I looked into it. This is pure indoctrination at the highest level, and it’s 4 miles from my house. A Thread. 🧵
When she said it was in Santa Cruz, I had to see where it was. Then I realized I’ve actually run here - on accident - before. I always wondered what this camp was about. It’s very secluded, but right off Highway 9. mtcross.orgcampyatc.com/audition-inten…
I had to check it out and see if I could catch anything weird happening. Unfortunately, I think I found out about this too late. I’ll be keeping an eye on these folks, and checking in on the situation. I’ll keep y’all posted. If you’ve read this far, please retweet and follow.
To recap, this is a summer camp where kids stay overnight, supervised by woke Camp counselors, in the middle of a redwood forest, where kids go to “Learn Acting”, and participate in drag shows. From what I’ve looked into, the drag theme seems to be highly promoted. Disturbing!
Like so many of you, Covid and the last four years changed me.
I’m not the same person I was.
Things that were done fractured society, and people now live in two separate realities.
There were those who complied, and those who did not.
Those who complied will never understand what it was like for those of us who did not.
They took things from us. Things we will never get back.
They robbed people of being able to see their loved ones as they died.
They ruined peoples careers.
They stole entire seasons from student athletes.
They stole years of education from every child.
They painted all of us in a certain light, and we’ve all been forever changed by that.
We were discriminated against - heavily - and when we say that, we are met with eye rolling from those who complied.
Those of us who spoke out against it, and continue to speak out against it, are still met with opposition.
On top of the diversity equity and inclusion initiatives, the unvaccinated - who refused to comply, still face extreme obstacles for seeking employment.
Somehow, it has become common place in our society for employers to discriminate against applicants based on skin color, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, and medical history.
At one time, we all agreed that none of this was OK.
To top it off, people - who called themselves liberal - were the ones who used to speak out against this type of discrimination the most.
Many of those same people have become rabid authoritarians, foaming at the mouth, waiting to ruin someone they disagree with.
Those of us who did not comply were discriminated against, and continue to be discriminated against, will only be better from all of this.
Those who became cruel, vindictive, authoritarians will have to live the rest of their lives dealing with who they’ve become.
