Weisselberg “grossed up” the payment to Michael, to cover the taxes and give Michael a $60K “year end bonus.” Nice! Weisselberg *documented* the “reimbursement” details on Cohen’s bank statement. Whoopsies. 💩
Because of the grossing up for tax purposes, and the year end bonus for Michael, the dollar figure ballooned to $420K, to be paid out to Cohen over twelve months, in $35K increments. Thus, the December 2017 statute. (OMG, so fucking funny! 🤭☠️)

David Pecker of AMI admitted his guilt in defrauding the State of NY, to aid Trump, and was a prosecution witness last week fulfilling his prosecution agreement obligations.
Of course I’m not a lawyer, but I worked for top criminal lawyers, read boxes of trial evidence, and this case feels like slam-dunk for Alvin Bragg, b/c *Michael already went to jail for this,* crimes are well-documented, + there is corroborating witness other than MC (Pecker).
Trump’s sons signed his hush money payments to help their dad crime. Gross. 🤮 I couldn’t even imagine.
There’s also Trump’s own voice/words on tape, incriminating himself. Again. 😆 💩
Remember Rudy Giuliani’s employer at the time (Greenberg Traurig, visa mill) was so horrified by Rudy Giuliani’s bragging about this whole arrangemet on @FoxNews, they fired him, immediately. (Giuliani’s wife divorced him that same month.)
