I remember a tweet a while back about how some people see purges as a necessary evil, while others seem to revel in them as the main goal of their politics and this seems to be the second case 
Sure politics is dirty, but a socialist party executing liberals and socdems has probably lost the plot and is a laughable idea in the 21st century west
Person who thinks mass slaughter is only "less okay" and identified as an anarchist
Like I'm not some lily livered lib, I know stuff like this is sometimes necessary. But I do not want to see left-of-centre people killing eachother, and purges often degenerate into ethnic oppression or a massive avenue of corruption
