A lot of today's girls under western influence of American scholars like Wendy Doniger and Audrey Truschke who do not have dharmik values think that Ramayana is misogynistic because Sita was made to do agnipariksha. Can Ramayana be understood by adharmiks? Let's imagine instead1/n Image
of Sitaji, Rama's wife is some adharmik woman. Would such a woman even be loyal to Rama in the presence of the rich and muscular King of golden city Lanka i.e. Ravan? In fact, a typical adharmik woman who does hypergamy at the smallest pretext would have ditched Rama and 2/n Image
married Ravan in a jiffy! An adharmik woman won't even have to be kidnapped. She herself would have left the good and righteous Rama on her own accord and given full consent to bad boy 10-headed Ravana. An adharmik woman won't have come back to Ayodhya. Instead the adharmik 3/n Image
would have ruled Lanka as the queen of Lanka. Coming to think of it, an adharmik woman won't have even accompanied her husband on the dreadful 14 years of exile in a forest. Why would anyone brought up in wealth and luxury even want to do that? Yet out of deep devotion for 4/n Image
her husband, Sita accompanies him on his exile-although no one asked her to do so. She stays loyal to him throughout her ordeal with Ravana despite the various temptations she is subjected to. Ravan does not force himself on Sita and is loyal to his wife Mandodari. Why? 5/n Image
He would have tried to molest the lady in the pushpak vimana itself.Ofcourse, it is not possible to actually molest and abduct a goddess. This is nothing but Sita and Ramji's maya(illusion) which they created for us human beings so that we can understand some values. However in6/n Image
this maya universe,Ravan was a Hindu and a Shiv Bhakt. So despite being a bad character(he abducted Sita) he maintained a certain level of self-restraint and discipline. Rama had no need to go to Lanka. He did not even have the capacity to mobilize an army as he was in exile 7/n Image
when Sita ma got abducted. He could easily have taken another wife after returning to Ayodhya. There was no need to fight the risky war with Ravan. Yet because as a husband, it was his duty to protect his wife and he mobilized a powerful army with the help of Hanuman & vanaras8/n Image
, he went to Lanka and defeated Ravan. He brought back Sita with all honour to Ayodhya. Now let's imagine instead of Rama, there is some adharmik man. He would have disobeyed his father and refused to give up the throne to his brother, Bharat. He would have not gone to exile.9/n Image
He would have disrespected his step-mother Kaikeyi. He would have even killed her for inciting the mischief which she did. He would have killed his brothers which were his rivals to the throne. However Rama went for 14 years to a forest. Even Lakshman followed him out of deep10/n Image
love and devotion-although there was no need for Lakshman to give up his rich, luxurious life and go after Rama. In the time being, Bharat refused to sit on the throne. He said only Rama can sit on the throne; he is merely doing administration till Rama returns back.
11/n Image
These episodes teach us obedience to parents and the bond of brotherhood. Even after returning to Ayodhya, Sita went back to the forest despite being pregnant just to satisfy the query of a simple washerman. Any other queen would have executed the washerman for daring to 12/n Image
make such an allegation. Here Sita ma shows that the queen's duty is also to show compassion and understanding towards her subjects. Just a simple reading of Ramayan makes us realize the very fine values of Sanatana Dharma. Ram, Sita, Ravan and all other characters in Ramayan13/n Image
are exemplary and operate from a higher level of consciousness. Ramayan has a sublime beauty which fills people's minds with joy, beauty, bliss and other forms of sattvik and rajasik energies. In today's world of tamas; sattva and rajas is required and it is Hindu itihasa 14/n Image
which provide us with such nectar.

There was no such thing like profession, ambition, upward social mobility, etc. in those days. Men naturally inherited their dad’s work. This increased their bonding with their dad, and other men of the community. Today,in the absence of natural inheritance, men have to compete
1/n Image
to prove their skills. One has to constantly be on the edge of something to make even a basic income.
Women now compete with other women to marry a man. In those days, marriages also happened easily within the same community as respective parents were decision makers. 2/n Image
Ancient societies as communities were better for community building as compared to modern ones. They were not perfect . So not just Shudras, all ppl were chained to a profession and there maybe people who hated their profession of birth.Maybe there were Brahmins who

Most menstruating women are in no condition to do a Pooja or even cook a full meal, yet why is this made an issue a few times every year?Traditional Hindus are right when they say that menstruating women should not perform Pooja or cook yet they are not able to convince. Why?
1/n Image
1)One main reason they use the word ‘impure’.
A woman is not impure during periods rather it is believed that she has excessive Rajasik (passion) and Tamasik (lethargy) guna during periods. Menstruating woman is called rajaswala/ritumati/rajwati means one in the possession of 2/n Image
rajas guna. Only a sattvik person should ideally do Pooja to gain phalashruti. Otherwise the Pooja may have adverse effects.
Every month, a woman's body prepares for pregnancy. The lining of her uterus gets thicker as preparation for nurturing a fertilized egg.If the woman is 3/n Image

There are many reasons why intercaste marriage should not be normalized. Listing just a few :
1)Many say ICM shows respect for other castes.I say it shows disrespect for other castes. When you marry a man of other caste, you are disenfranchising atleast 1 woman of that caste 1/n Image
who could have married him. When you marry woman of other caste, you are disenfranchising atleast 1 man of that caste who could have married her.ICM does not increase bonhomie between castes. It only increases competition and rivalry between castes as women of different castes2/n Image
compete with each other for some man or vice versa. Mating is competitive in nature and earlier these fights stayed within castes.
2)Normalisation of ICM has made colleges an adda for degenerate behaviour as ppl date & sleep around randomly . 3/n Image

Even Arjun couldn’t have become a sculptor or merchant if he wanted to. A prince’s primary responsibility was to learn rajdharm.Gurukuls taught only princes because the skills which were required by other castes like trade required by Vaishyas were taught in shrenis (guilds) 1/n Image
and sculpting/smithy/ etc. required by by Shudras were passed on from father to son.
Each craft had its traditions and trade secrets, shrenis were formed to protect the same, and fathers used to pass on the same to their sons, and so it continued through generations.
2/n Image
Women were excluded from becoming the members of the shreni, as their main duty was considered marriage & motherhood. This ensured early marriage of women as they didn’t have to engage in career. They learned feminine skills from their mother, sisters, aunts, grandmas, etc. 3/n Image

This girl's words remind me of Bhagavad Gita, chapter 16 verses 7 to 12. Shree Krishna talks about how immoral people justify their sins without shame or guilt. Immoral people believe everybody else must adjust with them but they will never adjust to the basic concepts of an 1/n Image
ethical society. Verse 7 specifically says-Those possessing a demoniac nature do not comprehend which actions are proper and which are improper. Hence, they possess neither purity, nor good conduct, nor even truthfulness. Verse 8 tells us that such people think that the world 2/n Image
is merely made for sexual gratification. Verse 11 tells us that despite proof to the contrary, such people maintain that gratification of desires and accumulation of wealth is the highest purpose of life. Hence no matter what we tell her, she will still maintain that her lack 3/n Image

Please note Gates Foundation is running an ad which calls household work done lovingly my Hindu wives and mothers across the nation as 'unpaid care work'. This is an attempt to break the Hindu family structure. While I definitely believe that Hindu homemakers ought to be
1/n Image
appreciated more and also their financial needs if any be met by providers; this is an internal matter of each household. Why is a foreign org, Gates Foundation interested in this?If woman is homemaker, she maintains home, cooks and takes care of children and elders in the home.2/n Image
The man provides for lady and children. If both are working, they share expenses as per their salary. This is a general family structure. By calling household work as unpaid work, Gates Foundation has disregarded the fact that the husband of each homemaker is her provider which 3/n Image
