Davinder Singh, DSP, Jammu & Kashmir Police, was intercepted and arrested by security forces on the way to Jammu along with two Hizbul Mujahideen commanders, Naveed Babu and Rafi Ahmed Rather. Mr.Singh happened to be in charge in Pulwama,

when the terror attack that killed
44 CRPF men, happened in 2019. Afzal Guru had also specifically named him in the 2001 Parliament attack case, a claim which was not investigated.

Though Davinder Singh was arrested in 2020 for ferrying terrorists, and the NIA took over the investigation, nothing much was heard about the investigation against him after this.

January 2021

A 500-page document of alleged chats of Republic TV's Arnab Goswami was leaked on social media. In one of the alleged chats of February 14, 2019, the day of the Pulwama attacks, Goswami had written - "This attack we have won like crazy."

April 2023

Former J&K governor #SatyapalMalik, who was in charge of the State when the Pulwama attack happened, raises serious allegations against PM Narendra Modi.

He alleged that Modi had asked him to keep quiet after he told him that the Pulwama terror strike happened because the Union govt did not provide aircraft to transport CRPF jawans from Jammu to Srinagar despite intelligence inputs about threats.

He raised similar allegations against National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval and also said that the Pulwama attack was used for political benefit.

A day after the former Governor's allegations, the dramatic murder of #AtiqAhmed on live television, while in police custody conveniently shifts the debate away from Pulwama.
