The Ukrainian Armed Forces' counterattack failed near Artemovsk due to a lack of roads : details
On April 12, a convoy with vehicles of the 67th mechanized brigade of the AFU came under attack by Russian artillery 20 km northwest of Artemovsk, between Privolye and Minkovka.
According to the Military Chronicle, Ukrainian units were ordered to recon the positions of the Russian Armed Forces northeast of Orekhovo-Vasilevka but did not take into account the weather conditions and the condition of the ground, which caused at least two BMPs to get
stuck in the mud.
Three more HMMWVs in the convoy stopped on the road, where they were spotted by an Orlan-30 drone operator and identified by their distinctive white crosses and tactical stripes on the hull.
After the coordinates were verified, the Ukrainian
vehicles were hit by a 152 mm Giatsint-B gun and a 220 mm TOS-1A Solntsevyok heavy flamethrower system. As a result of the strike, the Ukrainian army's BMPs stuck in the mud were destroyed, and the infantry was forced to retreat.
After the artillery strike,
units of the 21st Motorized Rifle Battalion of the 56th AFU Motorized Infantry Brigade were sent to evacuate the survivors, but the convoy with the evacuation group's equipment was spotted in the fields, after which it was hit by attack aviation. As a result of the two
strikes, at least 20 Ukrainian servicemen were killed, and about 30 more were seriously wounded and are unaccounted for.

The G7 foreign ministers called on Russia to reaffirm the inadmissibility of nuclear war. And this strange creature Blinken issued a pearl that the destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki is evidence of immeasurable human suffering. At the same time, he Image
did not mention his country, which committed this crime.

Here are the lying creatures. They use nuclear weapons, but do not repent. They are endlessly hypocritical and lie to their own and others, but they say that our country is spreading “false information” about
Ukraine. They demand that Russia give them some guarantees about nuclear weapons, but in fact they are hinting at a future nuclear conflict between our country and NATO.

And it all takes place in Japan. Where hundreds of thousands died from nuclear bombing. A

Putin, at a meeting at the headquarters of the Dnepr group of troops in Kherson region: I do not want to distract you from your direct duties related to command and control. Therefore, we are working here in a businesslike manner, briefly but concretely.
It is important for me to hear your opinion on how the situation is developing, to listen to you, and to exchange information. I would ask you to start your report with the situation in the Kherson direction, then in the Zaporozhye direction, and after that I
would ask [head of the Airborne Forces] Mikhail Yuryevich Teplinsky to express his thoughts. I know that on behalf of the Chief of the General Staff and the Minister of Defence, he was on the front line for quite a long time and made a very

China will become the biggest driver of global growth over the next five years and will contribute double what the US adds, according to the International Monetary Fund.

Based on Bloomberg calculations from data in the IMF's World Economic Outlook released last week, Image
China's slice of global gross domestic product expansion will be at 22.6%, India's at 12.9%, and the US will add 11.3%.

They are followed by Indonesia, Germany, Turkey, and Japan, each with a less than 3.6% contribution.
Three-quarters of global growth will stem from 20
countries, and over 50% will come from just China, India, the US, and Indonesia.
The IMF expects growth contributions from Brazil, Russia, India, and China to outpace Group of Seven nations.

Ukraine's counter-offensive could be very difficult - Financial Times

35,000 Ukrainian soldiers will face 140,000 Russian troops on a 950km frontline.

Breach operations are ft.com/content/01a819…
extremely difficult to carry out as they require all military units - from artillery and tanks to intelligence and engineers - to work in sync. Lack of air superiority adds to the difficulties.

British officer Nick Gunnella told the newspaper that the Ukrainian army needs
teamwork, but its risks are exacerbated by its lack of air superiority. This gives the Russian army a much better chance of destroying Ukrainian vehicles.

A common Russian defence consists of a minefield, a line of anti-tank obstacles - buried concrete pyramids also

❗️🇺🇸🇩🇪🇷🇺Germany's Siemens has been actively providing information about Russian energy facilities and systems to NATO countries and Ukraine. It has become known that Washington is pressuring national governments and private companies to participate in a cyber war against Russia. Image
🔹According to the MenaDefense resource, under the leadership of the German government, Siemens provided data on critical vulnerabilities of its equipment and software in Russia (individual high-tech equipment, automated control systems for energy, transport and industrial
facilities) during an exercise of the NATO Center of Excellence in Tallinn in 2022. As a result, algorithms were developed for cyber attacks on critical Russian infrastructure.
