1. Jim Towery concealed income he made from Hoge Fenton when he worked @StateBarCA and was charged with investigating Thomas Girardi in 2010.

/5 Judge Towery ommitted to disclose the income his wife, Karyn Sinunu Towery made as a Santa Clara County District Attorney who later became a #BBMP member and Grand Juror indicitng Sheriff Laurie Smith for the 2018 election they were all tainting.

/6 Judges Geffon, Flint and Hendrickson hold an uncomfortable amount of stock in Netflix, PayPal Real Estate Reits, Google, Cisco, and Tabacco , stock they could not afford on a $200, 000 public wage.
