The car ride to the Mosa enclosure is mostly quiet, everyone's energy drained from the day. Soap holds onto Ghost's hand firmly as he borrows Ghost's shoulder to rest against, trying to recover some energy. Anatoly and Price softly talking adds to the ambience in the car.-
"So Anatoly, you said your better half works here. How did you two meet?" Price's voice is tired but curious.
"We met when the Mosa was discovered; He was navy and I was Marines. The Mosa would only interact with him and attack everyone else so he helped us get it back here."-
"Jesus, sounds like an eventful day."
Anatoly nods, fond smile on his lips. "Yeah, it sunk an entire destroyer that day."
The fence automatically opens for them as they pull up, and Ghost gently shakes a dozing Soap awake, warmth settling in his chest as Soap stretches.-
The massive man-made lake has all types of trees, vegetation, and fish, and all of 141 stare at it in awe.
"Wow, this place is amazing! How do you guys fund all of this?" Gaz asks as he gets closer to the water.
"The government helps out, but they don't have a say-
in anything that-." A whirl of black plows into Anatoly's side, throwing him to the ground as a black Utahraptor rubs it's face against his neck and chest.
"Raghoul, easy boy! Down!"
A laugh like bells sounds from behind the group, and Soap is a little stunned at the guy-
standing behind them. Piercing blue eyes and snow white hair are what Soap first notice, then the lean but muscular build. The could be a supermodel.
"Sorry about him, he's got so much energy today." The guy says as he helps Anatoly up, and Anatoly immediately-
leans down to give him a kiss.
"Its alright," He turns back to the group, "Everyone, this is my better half, Erin Cassian."
Erin shakes their hands as the group introduces themselves, a warm smile always on his face. "So, I take it you guys are here to see my precious-
baby?"
Anatoly feigns hurt. "I thought that was me?"
Erin playfully shoves his side. "C'mon, he should be awake from his nap."
He leads the group to a massive walkway that hangs over the deepest part of the lake, and Soap leans near the edge to try and see deeper.-
A massive shadow moves under then, and Soap scrambles to his feet, gluing himself to Ghost's side. "Was that the Mosa?"
Ghost laces their fingers together when all of a sudden, a humongous shark breeches out of the water, a large fish in it's mouth.
"Holy shit!"-
Gaz curses, "That's a Megaladon!"
Erin nods. "We feed them to the Mosa to help keep their numbers down out in the sea."
The massive dorsal fin swim right by their platform, scaring even Ghost, when all of a sudden, the Meg is knocked sideways then dragged deep into-
the depths. A crimson plume of blood fills the spot where the Meg once was.
"I thought Megs were as big as the Mosa." Price asks as he leans over to Erin, who smirks.
"Not this one."
He then walks to the very edge of the platform, removes his shirt, and jumps into the water.-
"Hes insane!" Soap exclaims, lurching forward to look for Erin.
Anatoly doesn't seem a bit concerned at all. "Dont worry, he'll be fine."
As if on cue, a massive head rises out of the water with Erin gripping on it's snout, bloody chunks of shark hanging from it's teeth.-
"Bloody fuckin jesus."

Soap can't sleep.
Hes used to sleeping on a cot, sleeping under the stars, but something is amiss. Their campsite is quiet, save for the occasional noise from a dinosaur or the crackling of the fire. For some reason, it grates against his nerves.
With a tired sigh,-
Soap crawls out of his cot and stumbles out of his tent, noticing a figured near Carbon and the sleeping rex laying blanket down by them. Soap smiles as he wraps a blanket around his shoulders.
"Can't sleep, Lt?"
Ghost turns to smile at Soap as he approaches.-
With gear in hand and a setting sun at their back, Anatoly leads the group through the woods to a sizeable clearing with a dirt floor. They're starting to set up shelter tents when a roar has Soap's head snapping towards the sound, his eyes widening.
"Carbon!" He yells-
as he dashes out of the tent and runs over to his carno as the rest of the dinos find their humans. Carbon immediately crouches down in time for Soap to smack against his face and hug him tightly.
"God, I missed you."
Happy rumbles come from Carbon as Soap rubs along-
Soap stares in awe as the Mosasaurus lifts its head out of the water, balancing Erin on it's snout.
"Everyone, meet Big Blue." He calls down to them, and Soap gives a small wave, hand shaking a little.
"That's one big fish." Gaz breathes out, his eyes like saucers.-
Anatoly steps up next to Soap. "Got an electronics on you?"
Soap frowns. "No, why?"
Anatoly grabs Soap by his waist and throws him into the lake like a dad throwing their child into a pool. Soap screams loudly before he hits the water, and Ghost yanks Anatoly, who's-
The further northwest the group walked, the darker things seemed to get. Sunlight has a tougher time getting through the trees, the sounds of other dinosaurs slowly diminish, and the trees start to spread out more. They come across a sizeable stream, and walks along the banks.-
The stream ends at a deep pool next to a large cave, vines and overgrowth hanging over the entrance. Fish as big as Soap's torso can be seen swimming in the pool.
"What exactly is out here?" An agitated Gaz asks, of whom wishes he was back on his Quetz just incase he needed-
"Ghost?"
The soft way Soap says his name has Ghost sighing out.
"It can't all be this simple."
Anatoly raises a questioning eyebrow, prompting him to continue.
"This supposed connection we have to these dinosaurs. It sounds like something out of a fairytale."-
Anatoly snorts. "Next, you're going to tell me you don't believe in soulmates."
The image of Soap immediately pops into Ghost's head, but he doesn't think unpacking his deep feelings for his Sergeant is ok to do right now.
"You do?"
"Of course I do; I found mine." Anatoly runs-
Keeping his eyes to the sky, Gaz steps away from the group and out into the open field, following his own pull. For Gaz, it feels like the rope tied to his stomach is pulling him both forward and upward so he follows it until the sensation turns into just a pull upwards.
The sky is mostly clear, spotty with thick clouds every so often, but Gaz can't spot a thing so he let's out a sigh and hangs his head. Maybe his pull is defective. A gentle breezes starts to caress his skin when the sound of yelling reaches his ears.
"Gaz, look out!"
