Specially Dean was asked to look at Yellowstone photos or videos taken in 9/2019

And also look at electronics/blue rays taken from Chad Daybell’s residence. One had title written on disc “written copy” it belonged to Seth Daybell, Chad and Tammy’s son 👀

It was clear to Dean once he started looking at disc that it was Tammy daybell’s cell phone — txts, data, emails, found device notifications and FB posts, family, images of tammy by herself, with Chad, with kids, and grandkids

There were text messages between Chad and Tammy on this disc

And chads phone data as well. …

This is not the first time Dean has testified. During Chad Daybell’s preliminary hearing, September 9th texts were also shown from Chad to Tammy:

Again, these are the texts he is reading with the addition of tammy’s response: “Good for you”. These screenshots are from an article from Daybell’s preliminary hearing in 2020.

Both Tylee and JJ had been seen in Yellowstone National park on 9/8, and so these text felt important, Dean was well aware that the 8th was the last day Tylee was seen alive, so to read Chad shot a large animal, had stated a fire and was burning limbs—it felt important.

Detective David Stubbs will be next witness—sidebar

Detective David Stubbs with Rexburg PD - the state has been submitting evidence for a while now

Detective Stubbs is bald with a gray goatee, and is wearing a gray suit with a white shirt and red tie.

Upon receiving request from Gilbert AZ to seize gray jeep wrangler, Stubbs went to Lori Vallow’s townhouse. People of interest in connection to this jeep were Lori, Alex, Melanie Palowski and Tylee

Stubbs wasn’t able to locate jeep until 11/4, but beforehand he was doing surveillance looking for people of interest and looking for jeep

Earlier then day he saw Lori and Chad enter a blue Subaru car, and they followed them hoping to find jeep.

They traveled to idaho falls following lori and Chad and Stubbs took photos of them. They went to Mountain America credit union and Hobby Lobby.

11/26/2029 Stubbs was requested to go again to residence of Lori’s to check on JJ vallow [welfare check was done after finding car]. … Hermosillo received the welfare check, and Stubbs went on behalf of Hermosillo’s request.

Stubbs was wearing body cam during the welfare check.

We are now watching body cam footage the public has never seen … the audio we have heard. We have never seen this video. [welfare check]

They are inside Lori’s townhouse during video. Lori will not look she the video. She is turned to the side looking away from video

In the courtroom lori is upset. Arms are folded, brow furrowed. Staring off to side … still.

The previous Lori, blond confident and telling police JJ is with Gibb, snd blaming Kay for trying to kidnap jj, is on the big screen.

Stubb was concerned about Lori not sharing she was married to Chad, because Stubb had seen Lori be affectionate with him at Hobby Lobby.

Stubb was concerned for officer safety due to the possibility of one of them being involved in a shooting in Arizona and that they were being… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Lori mentioned her brother was there, so Stubbs thought it was strange that Alex wasn’t coming downstairs, and Stubbs saw a reflection of movement at top of stairs so he was worried about stairs that day.

Her face looks confident and non-emotional when she tells officers that Mel Gibb prob isn’t answering because they were at Frozen 2.

Stubbs did get a hold of Gibb later that day and Gibb said she did not have JJ, was not at the movies and was not in Arizona.

Stubbs already knew Lori and Chad were married at that time.

Stubbs learned Tylee wasn’t at BYI-I, and this when search warrants were obtained for lori! MelaNIECE, and Alex’s townhouses. Photos taken of search in all townhomes [we’ve seen some of these pics]
