Once you’ve found the division of corporations and picked a name for your LLC you want to click “ start a business “. Once you get here it will walk you through the 4 steps before choosing an entity.
Once you have reviewed the 4 steps and want to continue, you have to fill out the online form pictured below efile.sunbiz.org/scripts/corety…

Once you have completed this form and set yourself up as a manager/for the company you’ll have to pay the 125$. An EIN is essentially a SSN , but for a business. Once you get that email from the government you can open a trading account on most brokers using this EIN and the information associated w it start.tdameritrade.com/select?entity=…
After you have all of this information completed you can go into a bank and open up a business bank account and use the ein / companies information. It’s a straight forward process. thebalancemoney.com/how-to-open-a-…
Once you have a business bank account , you use it for payroll and since you work for the company you can get paid out the same as any w-2 employee. legalzoom.com/articles/how-t…
