In response to @amazon worker injuries, the Minnesota House just passed what could become the most powerful Amazon worker protection in the nation!

This bill will prevent Amazon from keeping their quotas a mystery from their workers, which drives up injuries based on fear of termination without clear goals.

And..

This bill gives workers the right to access any data Amazon collects about their personal performance, to keep Amazon honest about their performance.

And...

This bill gives Amazon workers protections from quotas and performance standards infringing on their legal rights to take lunch breaks, use the restroom, and pray.

And...

This bill gives the Dept of Labor and Industry powers to investigate and enforce against violations of these protections.

And...

This bill gives the Dept of Labor and Industry the ability to open up an investigation into ANY company with injury rates higher than 30% the warehouse average.
