DAY 5 OF 7 #FastingAndPrayer
MAY THE FAVOUR OF THE LORD LOCATE YOU

One day, David asked, “Is anyone in Saul’s family still alive—anyone to whom I can show kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”
2 Samuel 9:1 NLT

(We shall be reading the whole of 2 Samuel 9 - please see screenshots)

Here we see a man who was paraplegic. In a day, his life was mysteriously (beautifully/miraculously) changed. Perhaps his grandfather's properties and possessions were withheld from him, and no one thought he'd be able to handle them because of his condition (crippled)

Perhaps, people used to look down on him because he was crippled. Maybe others used to even laughter at him and call him ugly names. But he had no idea that the Lord had remembered him; it was time for his life to be restored (elevated).

Yes, Mephibhosheth was crippled. But, he

also had royal blood. Yes, he was living a substandard life, a life of a commoner, but God ensured that which had belonged to his grandfather be given to him. God touched King David's heart and instructed him to go search for Mephibhosheth.

You see, when God has purposed in his

heart that a person's time for elevation has come, he tends to touch people and cause them to do the unbelievable for you.

PRAYER
Like Mephibhosheth, may God cause people to search for you and give you everything that belongs to you. May you live the life that God has ordained

for you, for the Bible says, "before the foundations of the earth were laid we were predestined" (Ephesians 1:4-6). May every opportunity that the enemy had stolen from you be restored 7-fold in Jesus's name, for it is written that when the enemy has been caught stealing, he has

to return the goods in 7-fold (Proverbs 6:31).

Like Job, may the Lord give you twice as much what you think you had or were supposed to have (Job 42:10).

According to John 10:10, the thief comes to steal, kill, and to destroy - may everything that the enemy has stolen from

you be restored abundantly.

It is written that when the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles (Psalm 34:17)

May all the time (years) that you have lost in unemployment be restored. May the Lord give you a position so great that

even those who thought you were done for will be shocked. The Lord is a restorer of time, as it is written in
Joel 2:25 - “I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts.

God says you will have ALL

the food you want and never again will you be disgraced (Joel 2:26)

Instead of shame and dishonor, may you enjoy a double share of honor and possess a double portion of prosperity. And may you have everlasting joy (Isaiah 61:7).

Esther was chosen among thousands of other

beautiful young woman (Esther 2:17), may this kind of favour fall upon your job applications in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord reward you for all your suffering (Isaiah 61:8 NLT).
