@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork The goal of this call was to go over a more technical side of Juno for Developers and Validators, this includes Cosmwasm features added and features ideas that the team wants input on.

More specifically this one was about @JunoNetwork v15 upgrade

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork Firstly, @Reecepbcups_ talked about previous #juno upgrades:

How v12 security upgrade got pushed back to v13.
How v13 implemented FeeShare and TokenFactory modules, which have been widely adopted and will deploy on DAO DAO soon.

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork Then he went over v14 upgrade aurora, talked about GlobalFees and IBC hooks.

With these updates, you can execute contracts on another chain with one single transaction.

Relaying is now free up to a million gas per block

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork On the Dev side, @Reecepbcups_ talked about creating a local development environment set up to focus on:

• How to test your Cosmwasm contracts correctly 
• How to do it cheaply and efficiently
• Dockerizing Interchain test from @strangelovelabs + sidecar explorer on top of it

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork @strangelovelabs Sidecar explorer will allow you to do @JunoNetwork testing as well as Cosmwasm developer testing:

This will include IBC relaying support natively

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork @strangelovelabs On the dev side, a product @Reecepbcups_ has been working on is Cosmos Indexer, this will allow developers to have detailed analytics inside their applications such as:

 🔯 Who’s using it 
 🔯 What functions are they using
 🔯 How much gas is it costing

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork @strangelovelabs As he puts it “the plan is to have UI frontend with an API, and developers can hit that”  

“On top of that (the indexer) you could build notification services”

He's also looking to bring this to other chains such as @osmosiszone and @cosmoshub

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork @strangelovelabs @osmosiszone @cosmoshub With this feature we can cross-link accounts, across different chains and see what actions they do, and basically follow a user based on what apps they use and which chains! 🤔

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork @strangelovelabs @osmosiszone @cosmoshub Cosmoscash is also on the base roadmap, which will be mixed with the indexer with the aim of drastically reducing the costs of creating a mock-archive 
 
CosmosCash will allow you to request data without getting rate-limited.

This will be ready for v15

There will be a focus on v15 3-second block times + improvements for TokenFactory

They're working with @keplrwallet team to increase GlobalFees so they can put that proposal up.

Looking to 10x global fees, however still not a massive increase in $USD perspective

@Reecepbcups_ @JunoNetwork @strangelovelabs @osmosiszone @cosmoshub @keplrwallet CosmosCash will be ready to deploy on v15 and this will be ready for testnet end of next week.

This will be on testnet for an extended period of time due to the fact that v15 will be moving block times, so they would rather catch issues earlier.

🟣 v16 focuses on Cosmwasm modules, in line with Juno Evolution article.

🟣 DAO DAO for governance, allowing validators to just sign blocks and not be political

NOTE: All additional modules would require gov approval like a software upgrade
