💡 Wormhole Connect: Integrate In-App Bridging in as Few as 3 Lines of Code
We are excited to introduce Wormhole Connect, an easy-to-integrate widget that allows developers to add cross-chain asset bridging directly into their dapp - in as few as 3 lines of code.
Details ⤵️
2/ Why Wormhole Connect?
Currently, transferring assets across chains, is challenging for users & developers.
Users must navigate multiple wallets, gas tokens & leave dapps for bridging.
Devs risk losing users when sending them away to complete their bridging elsewhere.
3a/ Why Integrate Wormhole Connect?
1️⃣ Make asset bridging a native part of your UX; no more redirects to external bridges
2️⃣ Bridge assets while only having to pay gas on the source chain. The automatic relaying feature pays gas on behalf of users on the destination chain.
3b/
3️⃣ Gas dropoff enables users to pay an additional fee on the source chain to request a small amount of native gas on the destination chain.
4️⃣ Connect supports both light and dark modes and can optionally be fully customized.
3c/
5️⃣ Connect will soon surface multiple Wormhole-powered services (e.g., cross-chain asset swaps) that enable other forms of bridging more suitable for certain use cases. Check wormhole.com/connect/ for updates on Connect support.
3d/
6️⃣ Build prescribed, composed experiences (e.g., bridge to L1, then swap to custom game token via Uniswap), and pipe together multiple arbitrary contract interactions.
4/ Drift Protocol - The First Project to Integrate Wormhole Connect
Don't believe us? Take it from @DriftProtocol, a DEX built on Solana, and see how easy integrating Connect into their dapp has been:
5a/ How to Get Started
Integrating cross-chain functionality has never been easier, you can get started within minutes.
Whether you want to integrate Connect with simple HTML script/link tags or with React, we've got you covered:
@dust_labs, the team behind the highly popular NFT collections @DeGodsNFT & @y00tsNFT, has announced that they will be moving their collections to Ethereum & Polygon and it’s all powered by Wormhole’s new Burn and Mint standard 👇
To make this move happen, Dust Labs has chosen Wormhole as their cross chain partner. Together we’ve built a new standard for cross chain NFT bridging on top of the Wormhole interoperability protocol.
We’ve pioneered an industry-defining burn and mint protocol that fully preserves the metadata, functionality, and ecosystem of an NFT collection.
📣 Native USDC is Going xChain: Wormhole integrates Circle’s CCTP
We're incredibly excited to announce that Wormhole has partnered with Circle to provide a seamless cross-chain development experience.

Wormhole is launching a new set of contracts integrating Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), enabling developers to compose generic messages on top of cross-chain, native USDC transfers. This integration is now live in testnet on wormhole.com/native-usdc-de….

What is the Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP)?
While USDC lives natively on several different chains, those tokens are not fungible & can’t be moved easily across chains. That is, until now: at Converge22, Circle announced plans to launch a permissionless protocol,...
We are proud to announce that @PsyOptions, a leading digital asset trading platform, is integrating Wormhole to allow for seamless xChain trading & depositing to further enhance the platform's utility and accessibility.

I. What is Psyoptions?
Psyoptions is an options protocol built on the Solana blockchain. By creating a decentralized, permission-less and community-owned financial services platform, PsyOptions aims to give DeFi a TradFi vibe.
3/
Their goal is to establish themselves as the de facto on-chain financial services platform for DeFi users around the world, in addition to offering their users a decentralized options trading platform.
@optimismFND is live on Wormhole! And we couldn't be more excited 🎉 Take a minute and learn how the L2 scaling solution for Ethereum achieves faster transaction finality - with lower fees (and much more):

I. What is Optimism?
As the popularity of decentralized finance (DeFi) and decentralized applications (dApps) grows on the Ethereum network, the demand for faster and cheaper transactions also increases.
3/
The Ethereum network, however, is facing scalability challenges due to its limited transaction throughput and high gas fees. To address these issues, the Ethereum community has been exploring various Layer-2 (L2) scaling solutions, including Optimism.
This November, we put our heads down and kept on building, more determined than ever. We’re seeing some great progress and innovation coming out of the space:
